The abroad program is an overseas summer volunteer program whose goal is to teach English to disadvantaged financially students living in villages in mountains of Taiwan. This is also an educational opportunity to increase one's global experience and learn more about other cultures.

The 2009 program will be officially open on Jan 21. Please type in "www.aidsummer.org" instead of go to the webpage in your favorite or bookmark. The largest change is that volunteers must be either already in 11th grade or above for the 2008-2009 school year or will turn 17 on or before Nov 30, 2009. The capacity of volunteers is set to 300 this year.
